My career arc spans from building production lines at Procter & Gamble across the US, Europe and Asia, to a deliberate jump into P&G brand management selling dreams in a bottle with Dunhill Fragrances (CAGR +30%), to turning around a global B2B account at Firmenich (+34% across six regions), to leading product and marketing transformation at Jaeger-LeCoultre, helping double revenue to CHF 540M. Then the jump into entrepreneurship: VALAISKI, Europe's first fully personalized ski brand.

Large-Scale Engineering (P&G)
Led $32M+ projects across US, Europe, and Asia. Built and commissioned production systems with cross-functional teams of up to 45 people. Pioneered production technologies subsequently re-applied globally.
Brand Building (Dunhill, Jaeger-LeCoultre)
P&G Marketing Academy trained. Dunhill Fragrances: CAGR +30%, P&L EUR 61M. Jaeger-LeCoultre: part of the leadership team that doubled revenue to CHF 540M. Launched Rendez-Vous (new female segment), pioneered first CERMET case watch.
Global Commercial Leadership (Firmenich)
Turnaround of underperforming global B2B account for Unilever. +34% YoY sales growth across six regions. Won Unilever Fragrance Award for most innovative commercial approach.
Entrepreneurship (VALAISKI)
Europe's first fully customized, made-to-measure ski brand. Built the entire value chain hands-on: R&D, proprietary 3D CNC manufacturing, production, point-of-sale delivery. Asian market expansion through Winter Olympics venue partnership.
